5. Any cat or known unlicensed or uninoculated dog while running at large as above defined may be killed by the game warden or police officer or any person of this County or State.
6. All foxes suspected of having rabies may be killed on sight by any person.
7. Any person who fails to comply with or violates any of the terms of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than (50.OQ.
8. This ordinance shall be effective January 24, 1952.
9. It shall be the duty of the Came Warden of Rappahannock County to enforce this ordinance.
Notice is hereby given of the intent of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County to propose passage of this ordinance on January 9, 1952, at a meeting at the Courthouse at 10:00 A.M. on said date, and it is ordered that said proposed ordinance be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News.
