the Wood Brothers Packing Plant
Pursuant to thejprovisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Charles B. Wood and Margaret C. Wood, his wife, and B. J. Wood and Lucy D. Wood, his wife, to James W. Fletcher and Littleton Waddell, Trustees, either or both of whom were authorized to act, dated March 24, 1947, and recorded March 26, 1947, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 48, at page 449 et seq., to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt' and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable) the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of said obligations, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders, on the premises, commencing at the front door of the Wood Brothers Apple Packing Plant, in Flint Hill, Rappahannock County, Virginia, adjoining U. S. Route 622, on Tuesday, June 3, 1952, at 11 o’clock A.M. (E.S.T.), the following property, to-wit:
All that certain,'tract or parcel of land located in and near Flint Hill, Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, adjoining U. S. Route 522, and briefly described as follows:
(1) All that certain tract of land located in and near_Flint Hill, Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, VirJinia,
adjoining U. S. Route 522, knoiwn as the “Wood Brothers’ oe Reid Farm , tpon which is located the “Wood Brothers’ Packing House and Cold Storage”. Said land is located on the east side of the road leading from Flint Hill to,Front Royal and contains 235.60 acres, more or less, however the property will be sold in gross and not by the acre.
(2) All of the machinery installed and used in connection with the Packing House and Cold Storage, including one Grabill Apple grader, belts, accessories, conveyors and attachments thereto belonging; one Utility Grader, belts, accessories, conveyors and attachments thereto belonging; two Frick 5x5 compressors; also all motors; refrigeration machinery; elevators; conveyors; and machinery used in connection with said packing plant and cold storage.
The Farm is a good1 grazing farm, and the buildings thereon are in excellent condition.
The property will first be offered for sale in parcels, the exact description, rights and easements connected therewith to be announced on the day of the sale. The pareel offerings will be as follows:
(1) One'lot containing 1.91 acres and having thereon the Wood Brothers Packing House and Cold Storage Buildings, including the machinery attached thereto.
(2) The Wood Brothers Farm, containing 230 acres, more or less, will be offared for nahras a tract: " "" —~

The Entire Property will last be offered as a whole and sale will be confirmed to the separate bidders on the parcels or to the bid made on all the above described property, depending on the method of sale aggregating the greater price.
