|- All the undivided interests of Charles B. Wood and B. J. Wood in and to the Real Estate inherited by them from their father, C. D. Wood including their interest in the “Sunny Slope Farm” and the “Maddox Farm”, situate, lying and being in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and Marshall Magisterial District, Fauquier County, Virginia.
Said “Sunny Slope Farm” is described as follows:
A. * All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, near the village of Flint Hill, and known as the “Sunny Slope Farm”. Said tract or parcel of land contains 161.38 acres more or less and is bounded by the lands of C.’D. Grim, W. C. Williams, U. S. Highway 522, Rasby Clark, Williams and Russell Subdivision, and Foster Brothers.
,'k' * - B. All that certain tract or parcel of wood land used in connection with , said “Sunny Slope Farm”. Said woodland contains 22Vz acres more or less and is bounded by the lands of the Misses Deatherage, T. M. Johnson, J. E. Keyser, C. J. Miller, Jr., and others, and likewise lies in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, being about three miles south of said “Sunny -Slope Farm” 161.38 acre tract. .
Said tracts of land herein described were in turn acquired by said C. D. Wood from Sadie Baggaly, et al, by deed dated and recorded November 1, 1917, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 28, at page 409, reference being hereby made to said deed for a more complete and accurate description of the property hereby conveyed.
Reference is also made to deed dated September 22, 1923, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 31, at page 462, wherein five acres of said Sunny Slope 161.38 acre tract was conveyed to Towson D. Smith,
