Said “Maddox Farm" is described as follows:
All that certain tract of land known as the “Maddox Farm" and containing three certain tracts of land, lying in Marshall Magisterial District, Fauquier County, Virginia, and Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing in aggregate 374.848 acres more or less and described in detail in a mortgage from Lucy H. Wood, et al, to the Federal Land Bank of Baltimore and recorded in the Cleric's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 37, at page 451, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Fauquier County, Virginia, in Deed Book 139, at page 437.
