Mrs. Frank Walter knd Mrs. Jessie Settle spent last Thursday in Front Royal as guests of Mrs. Sim Hutton. Mr. and Mrs. Evert Rowzie of Washington, D. C. were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Less Walter.

Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Heatwole and family of Harrisonburg were the guests on Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Llwellyn. *

Mr. and Mrs. William Laing'and family were recent guests of Mrs. Laing’s mother, Mrs. Sanders of Warrenton.

Mr. and Mrs. Walker Jenkins, Miss Mary Jenkins, Miss Ruby Jenkins and Ronnie Tomhill spent Saturday in ♦‘Charlottesville.

Brue Wood and G. W. Smith reI turned Saturday from, a three days fishing trip at Cape Charles. They brought back the bacon, five fish, two of which weighed forty pounds a piece. On their return they brought Mrs. Dunn of Newport News for a visit to her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Brue Wood.

Miss Ora Deatherage remains quite ill at her home, Horse Shoe Farm. Miss Bess of Marshall is with Miss r Deatherage to help Miss Boyd with the nursing.
