Extract from decree in above entitled cause, dated May 13,' 1952. .

“The‘Court doth adjudge, order N and decree that this cause be referred to one of the Master Commissioneib of this Court, who is directed to inquire and report to the Court as follows:

“1. An account of" the debts or demands, if any, outstanding against the estate of John Pendleton Williams, deceased, with priorities among them* and the names and addresses of the persons to whom they are due.

“2. An account of the real estate to which the said John Pen■ dleton Williams died, seized and possessed, -where the same is situate, and what is the fee simple and actual value of each tract or parcel thereof, and the rental value thereof, if any.

“3. What conveyances, if any, have been made by the heirs of the said John Pendleton Williams, and to whom, and the real estate remaining to be disposed of.

“4. Who are the persons entitled to the said real estate and what are their respective shares or interests therein.

“5. Whether said real ee|pte can be conveniently partitioned in kind among the parties entitled thereto in any of the modes provided by law. “6. What would be a proper fee to be allowed Counsel for the Complainant in this cause.

“7. Any other matter which the Master Commissioner shall deem pertinent or that the parties and interests may require. ;“But before proceeding to execute this order of reference the Commissioner shall give notice by publication in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in this County, the time and place of executing the same, once a week for two successive weeks, which publication shall be equivalent to personal service on all “of the parties.

“The said Commissioner shall make his report, together with all , evidence taken by him, within 'fifteen (15) days from the date of the last publication of the notice hereinabove pro\ided for.” -
