All the and!rided interests of Charles B. Wood and B. J. Wood in and to the Baal Estate inherited by them from thelr fathdr. C. D. Wood including their interest in the “Sonny Rope Farm” and the “Maddox Farm", situate, lying and being in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and Marshall Magisterial District, Fauquier County, Virginia.

Said “Sunny Slope Farm" is described as follows:

A. All that certain tract or parcel of lend, situate, lying and being in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, near the Tillage of Flint Hill, and known as the “Sunny Slope Farm”. Said tnu*t or parcel of lend contains 161.88 acres more or lew and is bounded by the lands of C. D. Grim, W. C. Williams, U. 8. Highway 528, Rasby Clerk, Williams end Russell Subdivision, and Foster Brothers.

B. All that certain tract or parcel of wood land used in connection with said “Sunny Rope Farm”. Said woodland contains 22% acres more or leas end is bounded by the lands of the Misses Deatherage, T. M. Johnson, J. E. Keyser, C. J. M illsr, Jr., and others, and likewise lisa hi Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, being about throe miles south of said “Sunny Slope Fawn” 161.88 acre tract.

Said .tracts of land herein described were in turn acquired by said C. D. Wood from Sadis Baggaly, at si, by deed dated and recorded NoTsmbsr 1, 1917, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 28, at page 409, reference being hereby made to said deed for a mors complete and accurate description of tho property hereby conveyed.

Reference is also made to deed dated September 22, 1928, sad recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 81, at page 462, wherein fire acres of said Sunny Slope 161.88 acre * tract was conreyed to Towson D. Smith.

Said “Maddox Farm” is described as follows:

; All that certain tract of land known as the “Maddox Farm” and containing three certain tracts of land, lying in Marshall Magisterial District, Fauquier County, Virginia, and Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing in aggregate 374.848 acres more or lew and described in detail in a mortgage from Lucy H. Wood, et el, to the Federal Land Bank of Baltimore and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannoek County, Virginia, in Deed Book 37, at page 451, aiid recorded .in the Clerk’s Offics of the Circuit Court of Fauquier County, Virginia, in Deed Book 189, at page 487.

Said farm consists of thres separate tracts of lands containing 162.90 acres more or less, 27.025 acres more or loss, and 184.923 acres more or less.

Reference is also made to a Chancery Cause in the style of Lucy H. Wood, et at, and Breweton J. Wood, et el, filed among the ended causes in the Clerk's Offics of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, for a more complete and accurate description of said Maddox Farm.

Said Charles B. Wood owns a % undivided interest and said B. J. Wood owns a % undivided interest in the aforementioned lands.

Said interests in “Sunny Slope Farm" are subject to the lien of a deed of trust securing a note payable at Hansborough and Carter, of Winchester, Virginia, the exact amount of the note being announced on the day of the sale and are subject to the life estate of Lucy H. Wood. The “Maddox Farm” interests are subject to debts to the Farm Credit Administration of Baltimore, Maryland, the exact amounts of the debts to be announced on the day of the sale and is subject to the contingent dower interests of the wives of Charlas B. Wood and B. J. Wood.
