While tasking a farm visit Monday I saw something that impressed me exceedingly. It was something one doesn’t run into just every day—nay, seldom in a month or so--something 1 really like to see; an enterprising person in action.

As some of you know, Woodrow Coughlin is to be one of the two Pilot Farm Demonstrators in Rappahannock. I had been working on a five-year program of operation for the farm at the office when I found crop acreages would be outof-balance in 1966 in considering present plans, so decided had best go talk to Woodrow about a change.
