It is hoped that major portion of the construction can be completed at this time. The estimated cost of construction and goal of the Parsonage Fund Committee is $14,00. Approximately a little over half of this amount is now in hand and it is hoped that the remainder will be obtained in the near future.
A second Parsonage Fund Day will be observed by the church on Sunday, February 15. The goal for the day is $1,000. However,, with the fact that actual construction has now gotten underway it is hoped that this goal will be reached and passed by a good margin. The church is proceeding on the pay-as-you-go plan and therefore can only complete the entire construction as the needed funds are received- Contributions by the members are the church's life’s blood it is to see its dream for a parsonage of its own become a reality.
