\ Health officers, the county agent, and the county veterinarian were present at the meeting of the Board of Supervisors in the Courthouse Wednesday to voice a serious concern about the rabies cases in the county. v
Stating that the conditions at present constitute an epidemic, the health officers and the veterinarian urged that the Board pass a ruling for compulsory innoculation of all dogs in an effort to control the spread of rabies.
Dr. Giles, health officer, stated that since March 12 six people had been treated with anti-rabies shots. Rabies at present has already been found in dogs, cats and rats, besides foxes and one bob-cat...=.-—
