Reports were made showing that rabies innoculations for dogs must be given each year in order to protect the dog and people. Some wrong statements have been made in the past, saying that a dog has to be given shots only every three years, and this has been proved Wrong.
In the absence of Commonwealth Attorney W. F. Moffett, Jr., the Board members hesitated to pass any ruing until they knew what the law would be concerning a compulsory innoculation law. The Board recommendation that every dog be innoculated.
