The object of the above styled suit is to obtain a Divorce a mensa et thoro on behalf of Lucy Sothoron Elliott against Ray Franklin Elliott upon the grounds of desertion.

And it appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that Ray Franklin Elliott, the above named defendant, is not a resident of this State, and that his last known post office address is 2907 Augusta Road, Aikens, South " Carolina, it is therefore ORDERED that the said Ray Franklin Elliott do appear within ten days after the due publication of this Order, in the Clerk’s Office of our said Circuit Court, and do what is necessary to protect his - interest.

And it is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week 'for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper printed in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, and having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia, and that the Clerk post and mail a copy of this order in accordance with the laws of Virginia made and provided in such cases.
