I wish to thank each and every one for their kindness during the long illness and death of my beloved hus.band, Hamilton Jeffries. I do wish >to thank both white and colored for ‘their many deeds, such as food, sympathy cards, and beautiful floral offerings. May^the Lord bless each and every one who helped me in my hours of sorrow and a special blessing on Dr. J. P. Snead and Dr. E. JEastham who never failed me, also any sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph A. Holland, who gave up . their home and stayed with me.
