A small but representative group was present on Thursday night, Aug. 27, when John L. Bruner spoke on the proposed cooperative hospital for the aged and chronically ill. Mr. Bruner is Chief of the Bureau of Hospitalization and Homes for Adults in the Virginia State Department of Welfare. He was able to give the group interesting and worthwhile information about the growing need for , vmes for the aged and chronically ill in this state as well as in thp rest *of the nation.
