Culpeper Farm Show To Be
Held Friday and Saturday
September 4 and 5 marks the Fifth Annual Culpeper Farm Show sponsored by the Culpeper Agricultural Association, Inc. The primary purpose of this show is to provide a means for the 4-H and FFA members to exhibit their projects. The nature of the exhibits at the show is hoped to give an educational inspiration to the junior farmers and homemakers as well as their parents to encourage the adoption of higher production of quality products from our farms and communit.
Features of the show include a state brown Swiss Cattle show and a tractor-driving contest for boys sponsored by The Junior Chamber of Commerce. Merry-go-round, ferris wheel, boat rides and other carnival attractions will entertain the . smaller
fry, while concession stands and food tooths will relieve the hunger pangs.
Cash awards will be given the 4-H FFA and FHA exhibitors and ribbons will be awarded the winners in the open classes.
