Roachelle, Sunday. Services were conducted in the morning at the Roachelle Lutheran Church. Following the services, the family gathered at the old Kipps place for a picnic luncheon.
COSTUME PARTY
Mrs. William Litsey entertained for her daughter, Olivia, and h^r house guests, Mrs. Coons and daughter, Terry, with a costume party Thursday evening. Mrs. Mary Slaughter and Mrs. Will Keyser acted as judges for the costumes. Prizes were won by Misses Mary Norman Davis, Carolyn Gates Turner, John Turner, Terry Coons and Carlyle Lea. While the young set were dancing, Mrs. Litsey entertained friends of Mrs. Terrill Coons of Alexandria who will he remembered as Miss Elizabeth Bergandine of Culpeper. About forty guests enjoyed the evening of dancing and refreshments.
