Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bruce and son and daughter, Edward Jr. and Miss Patsy Bruce of Overhills, N. C. arrived on Saturday for a visit with their mother and sister, Mrs. Annie T. Bruce and Mrs. C. Ennis Brown. Accompanied by Mrs. Bruce, they are visiting relatives in Front Royal this week.
Mrs. Jack Singleton, who is spending some time in Shenandoah with her parents, joined Mr. Singleton for the week end in the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Singleton where he is recuperating from a recent illness.
Miss Samuella Crim, who has been visiting Miss Louise O’Bannon, has returned to her home in New Market. Guests on last Monday of Mr. and Mrs. D. V. Chapman were Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Deane and their daughter, Miss Shirley Deane of California, Maryland.
