A large complete first aid kit was given the Washington Rescue Squad by the Culpeper Rescue Squad and by L. B. Dulin last Thursday evening at the completion of the first aid . course. The kit, of green metal, donated by L. B. Dulin, Jr., was presented by Jack Griffin who had also served—the—Squad by instructingseveral classes, and the contents were supplied and packed by members of the Culpeper Squad. The kit will be of double use because the men packed in the kit what they have learned, .through experience, is needed on the majority of emergency calls.

Mr. and Mrs. Gid S. Jenkins of Reva have announced the birth of a daughter, born Saturday, November 14. The baby is the granddaughter 6f Mrs. Ida E. Jenkins of Amissvilk. -
