Charles Dick Sisk, Henry Brown Jenkins and Bob Richard Nichols, each of whom had been indicted for., a felony, pled guilty <to felonies and malicious maiming, in the Tuesday session of the Circuit Court The court, presided over by Judge Raynor Snead, referred these cases to the probation and parole officer for presentence report and continued the case to December 5.
The civil cases of Arthur F. Haelig vs. L. V. Merrill and Elizabeth Haelig vs. L. V. Merrill set for November 12 and November 13 were dismissed.
