District Convention
In a mass meeting in Washington, Fridlay night, Rappahannock Democrats elected delegates .to represent Rappahannock County at the Virginia 7th Congressional District Convention to be held in Waynesboro on Saturday, May 22 ; and unanimously instructed this delegation to cast its entire vote: for Honorable Burr P. Harrison for renomination as the Democratic candidate for U. S. Congressman.
J. W. Fletcher, County Chairman, called the meeting to order and presided with E. M. Jones acting Secretary. On motion of A. C*Latham, Jr. seconded by Bruce S. Bowie and unanimously passed the following were named to represent Rappahannock County at the District meeting: }Mrs. C. M. Hall, Miss Mary Elizabeth Hite, Mrs. W. L. Keyser, 11 S.
