Miller were Friday evening dinner and bridge guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Wood. B. R. Cox of Pa. spent the Week end with Mrs. Cox. Sunday, Mrs. Cox, Mrs. Elizabeth DeBergh, Mrs. George H. Davis and family, Miss Mary Norman and George III motored to Waynesboro with Mr. Cox where t he joined friends whom he accompanied to Pa. Mrs. Cox and party enroute home had lunch in Front Royal and were afternoon guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Majors of Riverton. Thursday, - W. H. Lyne, Milton Gore H. S. Barksdale and D. D. Miller attended the A.S.C. meeting. This meeting was held in the Mimslyn Hotel, Luray.

Mr. and Mrs. B. M. Eubank of Roanoke were week end guests of Mr and Mrs. W. C. Campbell of Twinland. On Saturday, Messers. Campbell and Eubank enjoyed trout fishing.

Thursday evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Johnston were Mr. and Mrs. George Johnston of Washington, D. C. and Mrs. Rosa Bishop. Among those from Washington who attended the Gold Cup Races in Warrenton on Saturday were Mr. and! Mrs. Wade H. Massie III, Mr. arid Mrs John R. DeBergh, J. W. Fletcher, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Greenaway. Mr. Greenaway was one of the Batrol judges. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Bruce, Judge and Mrs. R. V. Snead and Mr. and Mrs. James F. Massie also attended. Among those from Washington who attended the Apple Blossom Festival were Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell, Mr.' and Mrs. T. C. Lea, Miss Mary Eubank, Homer Dyer and John Eubank, Jr.
