We have 10 women improving their living rooms and 4 women improving their kitchens. Two families are re-, modeling or building a new home.
Home Grounds—Seventeen families are continuing to make improvements on their home grounds.
Improvements made in living rooms include tieing springs and up—bolstering or making slip covers, redoing walls—papering or painting, floor sanding and rearranging, v - ' Ladies working on chairs include: Mrs. L. R. Hudson, Slate Mills; Mrs. Carl Carpenter, Huntly; Mrs. Clarence Baldwin, Washington; Mrs. Ralph Rowzie, Amissville; Mrs. James Massie and Miss Nellie Johnson. I’m certain any of these ladies will be glad to show you their new chairs and tell you all about them. Chair reseating that is split or cane chairs seats were put in by Ajnissville and Woodville groups. Mrs. Woodrow Coughlin, Miss Nellie Johnson and Mrs. Mabel Lillard will show you the big improvement that can be made by sanding the floors and refinishing them in the natural color.
