Cannon, Trustees, who are authorized to act singly or jointly, dated Mar^h 3, 1352, and recorded (March 4, 1^52, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 57, at page 340, to secure the payment of a debt therein secured, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holders thereof (the deibt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holders to be due and payable) the undersigned, James W.
