All that certain tract or parcel of land situate in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, -Virginia, containing (50 acres, more or less, and being known as the- “Compton. Farm” of C. L Hoffman. The said land is bounded by the lands of Brue Settle, t^e lends formerly belonging to Sallie Compton and now belonging to Bert Compton Scott, the road leading from Castle* ton to ft»t*«, Virginia, and by the Hazel River. This is the same $ract of land acquired by Charles L. Hoffman from Clarence D. Scott and Bert Compton Scott, by deed, dited March 3, 1952, hnd recorded March 3, 1952, in "the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Peed Book 57, at page 833 et seq. #*
