Booton Dwyer
Thomas Booton Dwyer, died at his home in Gid Brown Hollow, near Washington, Sunday, Apnl 10th at the age of 80.
The ton of Miles Jackson Dwyer and Mary Frances Dwyer, both of Rappahannock, Mr. Dwyer spent all his life here. In 1914 he married Emily Burke and 16 children were born to them. Three survive their father,; Thomas Dwyer of Sperryville, Mrs. Clyde Pullen of Washing^ ton and Mrs. Bessie Bailey of Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Dwyer is also survived by a sister, Nancy Compton, 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday evening at 1 pun. from his church, the Old Brethem Church in Gid Brown Hollow, | with interment in the Washington Masonic Cemetery. The Reverends Messrs. O. R. Hursh and O. M. Burke officiated at the last rites.
Active pallbearers were Tom Dwyer, Ambos Bailey, Ira Comptom, Clarence Dwyer, James Dwyer and Archie Bailey.
