Flint Hill 4-H Club met Monday with an excellent exhibit of girls’ projects, So You’d Like To Sew. Jean Lillard reported a total of $5.10 made on the Bake Sale. Rural Life Sunday committee appointed as Ribble Blaisdale, Shirley Corbin, Jean Lillard, and Richard Blaisdale. Jean Lillard gave report of the P. T. A. program. Granville Fox gave a demonstration on Care of Electric Iron and the Care of Lamp Shades.
During project work Mrs. Frank Cary worked with the girls in filling out their records. Mrs. Jessie Rowzie and the home agent judged the club exhibit and made the following awards: Jane Corbin—bedroom slippers, yellow; place mats, red. Ginger Russell—place mat, yellow pot holder, yellow; slippers, red. Frances Wood—place mats, red; tea towel, red. Shirley Corbin—place mat, blue; towel,, red; pot holder, blue.
