If one is to know the benefit of prayer he must believe in the habit and necessity of prayer. It seems that the most common mistake we make as people is asking to be shown the value of prayer without first resorting to cultivate faith in prayer itself.
There have been many sermons , preached on the value received .and not enough on the need to pray to know the value of praying. It is true that God does answer prayer; it is also true that He only answers the prayer of the believer. We cannot expect Clod’s help unless we believe He can do it and will do it if we ask Him.
Each person must learn to believe that prayer is his means of ' communicating with God and letting Him know we wish Him to help us. There are many ways that God uses to communicate with us— through the Bible, nature, and frieiids. We are not able to create things and inspire people as God » able to do.
