Mrs. Minnie Brown Weakley, wife of Upton Weakley of Washington, died Sunday morning, July 3 in the Martha Jefferson , Hospital, Charlottesville. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon from . her church, the Etlan Methodist Church, with the Reverend L. R. Boggs officiating. Burial was in the Etlan Cemetery. Mrs. Weakley, age 67, was a - native of Madison. She had made her home in the county for around 16 years, first living in Flint Hill, then moving to Washington.'She is remembered as a good neighbor, a sweet person and as a devoted church member. ,

During the last weeks of her illness, a steady influx of cards, flowers and visits proved the regard in which she was held by her friends.
