Dr. George H. Davis and fam- „ ily gave a joint picnic at Lake Monahoac on Monday. There were 30 guest* present to enjoy the bountiful spread. Mr. and Mrs. John R. DeBergh and Mr, and Mrs. James W. Fletcher attended a buffet supper at Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Durant’s home, following the Culpeper Horse Show. Miss Nancy Mills left Thurs-. day for her home in The Plains after spending several weeks with her grandmother, Mrs. George Payne and her aunt, Miss Gladys Payne. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Campbell entertained as their guests on the 4th: Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Henry and family of Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. James Jenkins and family and Mrs. Luther Jenkins of Bcrryville.
