Mr. Barksdale explained that any wheat allotments granted to new farms must come out of a I small reserve which the county committee will establish for that purpose. “This reserve naturally will not be large since any wheat allotment acreage set aside for new farms must reduce the total allotment from old established wheat farms by THAT AMOUNT”, the chairman explained.
