Flint Hill News Notes
Mr. and Mrs. Lester Smith of Washington, D. C. spent the week end at their cottage, Dutch Hill, and also visited Miss Elsie Dodson. Other week-end guests in Miss Dodson’s home were Com. and Mrs. Paul Dodson of Dahlgren and Miss Shirley Corbin of Warrcnton. Miss Joan Eleanor Hickerson went to Dahlgren with the Dodsons to spend a week.
Miss Lelia Gentry, who is working in Washington,' D. C. for the summer, went to Blacksburg with Mrs. Billy Powers, to take her entrance examination to VPI, Monday morning. She will enter the school in September to begin her studies to become a home demonstration agent. She will return to Washington by train, Wednesday morning.
