The Rappahannock 4-H Honor Club held its summer meeting at the Hawksbill recreation area on Saturday evening. Those members from Flint Hill who' attended were Mrs. Barbara Gentry, and Eddie Sutphin. The group enjoyed swimming and a picnic supper.
Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Rector and daughters spent Sunday at Westmoreland State Park near Fredericksburg.
B. B. Kent of Greenbank spoke at Willis Chapel and Flint Hill Methodist Churches Sunday morning. Mr. Kent is a layman who is often called upop to speak in churches. The pastor of these churches, the Rev. A. D. Goodson, is in pastor’s 'school in Durham, North Carolina. He will return August 5.
