<i i I _ »j 1 « B. Fincham,' APTD Cue No. 1087, should continue to roeehre a! check when he is no longer living in the countyi A recipient’s eligibility for public auistance is based on his residence within the state, and his right to payment is hot prejudiced by his moving from one county to another. Mr. Fincham moved to Madison County about April 16th. Since his new living arrangements did not seem to be to his best interest, a letter was written to Miss Strickler, Superin-j tendent of Welfare in Madison County, asking her to try to persuade him to coime back to the Jenkins home to live. We waited | to hear from her, but since we ! did not, we sent her a request for j transfer acceptance on June 4 1966. This department will issue its final check to Mr. Fincham on September 1, 1966, three months from the date of the request. This procedure is ini accordance with State Plan. | (l
