It is ordered that the said nonresiden, defendant Carrie M. Dennis and Jordan Fletcher, if he be living;, and John Ed Fletcher, if he be living;, and the said' persons made parties defendant by the general description of “parties unknown," to appeas within (10) ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front doer of the Court House of this County within ten days after entry of this order of publleatioon, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each defendant to the post office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause. , ,
