perrisor# by Title 15, Sec. 8 of the Code of Virginia,and amendments thereto, it is hereby resolved by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County that it shall be unlawlful for any person or persons to willfully abandon, desert, or leave any dog or dogs or cat or cats .within the confines of Rappahannock County, and upon any convicition for any such offense, the said person or persons shall be fined not to exceed $300.00 and/ or confined in the County Jail for not more than thirty (30) days.
It is ordered that this Resolution be published and posted as by law provided, and not become final tin-, til published and posted as required by law.
