Elects Officers
In a recent meeting of the vocational agricultural advisory' council of the Carver Regional High School the following named officers were elected to head the organization for the ensuing years: -■ Rev. R. L. A. Reid, President; Clifton Hill, Sr., Vice President; James Hopkins, Secretary; Miss C. A. Williams, Asst. Secretary' James Seals, Treasurer; and James Walker, Chaplain.
Reelected members were:
T. O. Madden, James West, Mrs. Ruby Beck, William Turner, Ernest Terrell, Mrs. C. M. Wallace, Mrs. Lucy Childs, Mrs. A. M. Brooks, Owen Wilhoite and Henry Lightfoot.
New appointed members were: Mrs. Estelle Dennis, Miss Lizzie Harrison, Mrs. Mary Goodall. and Mrs. Nelson Carpenter. Council memebers(are elected on the basis of the interst that they have shown in promoting a stronger program of vocational agriculture at Carver.
