June 3, 1959 at 10:00 oclock A. M.:—
“BE IT ORDAINED that pursuant [to 'authority of Title 46.1-65, Oiapter 3. Article 1, " paragraph (c) 1959 Interim Supplement of the 1950 Code of Virginia,. no motor vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer shall be locally licensed unless and until the applicant for such license shall have nroduced satisfactory^ evidence that all personal' property taxes upon the motor vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer to be licensed have been paid which have been properly assessed or are assessable against the applicant by the County, incorporated *city or town, and
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the proposed Ordinance shall be published once a week for four successive weeks n the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, a newspaper published in and having general'circulation in Rappa■ hannek Couty, and further that the proposed Ordinance be posted , on the bulletin board at the Court House and a copy be posted at each post office in die County.’’
