Supervisor H. jA. Foster moved that the Board of Supervisors refuse payment of any claim or claims made by any person or persons for livestock or poultry killed by dogs unless and until such loss is immediately reported to the Dog Warden of the County and investigation made by said Warden of the loss sustained, said motion was duly seconded by Supervisor A. H. Buckner, and said motion being voted upon, was thereupon unanimously approved and adopted by all members present Any person or persons having livestock or poultry killed shall immediately contact the County Dog Warden, MR. JACK W. BRUCE of Sperryville, VirginiaPHONE NO.\YU 7-3210 and report such loss. ] And die Clerk of this Board, shall cause to be published a copy of this Resolution in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS for three (3) weeks, commencing with the * issue of October 22, 1959.
