The object of this suit is (a) To establish the boundaries of a certain tract of land located in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, . on Route 211 Lee Highway), known as Swiss Chalet, 'described as containing 1.39 acres, acquired by Harry A. Shockev, complainant, by deed dated April 11, 1958, recorded in Deed Rook 68, page 344 of the land records of s,fid County, and (b) To effect partition by sale or otherwise amongst the owners of a portion of said 1.39 acres which belonged formerly to John R. Woodard and Julian Woodard and was sold by their heirs to McKinley Grigsby by deed dated December 5, 1929, recorded in Deed Book 35, page 376 of said land records, and (c) For general and complete relief.

And lan affidavit having been made and filed that the defcndents, Richard Petty, Everett R. Petty, Lillian Petty Edwards, Mrs. Julia Weinberg, Gladys Petty Wagner, Esmond Petty and Clara \Voodard, are not residents of the State of Virginia; that there are or maybe heirs, devisees or successors in title of John R. Woodard, Julian Woodard, Nettie Petty, James Woodard a>d J a m e s Albert Woodard, whose names and addresses are unknown, who may be interested in the subject matter of this suit, and that there may be others whose names are unknown who may be interested in the subject matter of this suit, it is ordered hat they do appear within ten days afer due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this County on or before the 15th day of . December, 1959, and ' that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
