In all the places in and around Rappahannock where die ground hog hangs out, word was spread Tuesday that there is bound to be six more weeks of winter. The ground hog, who baa his own exalted niche in American folklore, thrust a somewhat haughty nose into the frosty morning, saw his shadow cast by the sun which was shining so brightly, crawled back into his hole to await another visit next February.
