2. AH that certain tract of land located approximately Vi Mile Northeast of the Town of Washington, fronting on U. S. Route 211, known, as! the “Old Mill” property or the “Raggerly Mill Property’^ containing 7.852 acres as surveyed by S. M. Boyd, Jr., made oh May 28, 1959, and filed as Exhibit E. in the aforementioned chancery cause.

3. All that certain tract of land containing 7.196 acres, lying on (the South side of said “Old Mill” property hereinbefore described in Paragraph 2, also fronting on said U. S. Route 211, and described b^ survey of S. M. Boyd, Jr., Surveyor, made on May 28, 1959, and filed in the aforementioned chancery cause of Baggerly v. Baggerly.

The 7.852 Acre tract described hereinabove in Paragraph 2. and the 7.196 Acre tract described in Paragaph 3., will be sold separately and then the two tracts will be offered as a whole, and the manner in which the two separate tracts bring a greater sum is thh method wherein the property will be sold.

The real estate may be inspected or viewed by any interested persons before the date of sale and inspection of the •premises may be arranged by prior appointment.
