Bobbie Critzer was in today, looking like she just stepped out of a band box. Had on a real pretty blouse that Marty had brought to her from Florida.
Saw Mrs. A. C Latham and Mary Miller Payne riding around town at lunch time, Mrs. Latham was going out to Sperryville to visit Miss Annie Cooksey who is at present living at the Lee Highway Hotel.
Cousin Bob Millerr, who is a patient at the University of Virginia Hosptal is somewhat better, Cousin Kitty told me.

Many a man is too busy making a living to make life worth living. P.S. Mr. Barksdale just came in with some wonderful news. I believe most of you readers will be more than interested! It looks as if we may be able to have a garment manufacturing plant in the county. Turn out in full force to the meeting at the fire hall in Flint Hill Thursday night at 8 p.m.
