MEETING
AT A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPP AHA N NOCK COUNTY HELD AT THE COURT HOUSE OF SAID COUNTY ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, I960, AND ALL MEMBERS OF THE BOARD WERE PRESENT.
Joseph T. Warren, Resident Engineer of the Highway Department appeared before the Board and requested that a public hearing be set for Wednesday, March 2, 1960 at ten o’clock A.M. Upon motion duly made by Supervisor EL M. Estes, seconded by Supervisor H. A. Foster and unanimously adopted, the Board instructed its Clerk to give Notice as provided by law in Title 33, Section 47 of thri 1950 Code of Virginia, that Representatives of the Department of Highways will meet with the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County at rhe Court House of said County on Wednesday, March 2, 1960 at ten o’clock A.M. for the purpose of discussing and idvising #ith the Board and Citizens present at said meeting, plans and proposals for the maintenance and improvement, including in struction and reconstruction ot such roads in the Secondary System of State Highways in Rappahannock County, the said NOTICE to be published in the Rappahannock Sews in the issues of February 11th and 18 th, 1960; and the Clerk was further instructed to post a copy of said Notice on the Bulletin Board at the Court House arid mail copies thereof to the said Resident lEngineer.
