7?. ReP. Rurr P. Harrison Washington—With substantially all returns in, I now am able to report the results of my recent mail poll of Seventh Congressional district voting households. Through February 1, a touLof 7,542 guestionnaires had been filled out and mailed back to me. This represented a response of approximately 12% per cent, which is considered very satisfactory for a poll of this kind.
Many citizens took occasion to write accompanying notes or letters, expressing views in detail on some of the questions, and each of these were read with interest.
