1. AH thftt certain tract of land known as the PresSj^l terian Church Lot, referred to as Lot #22 on the land assessment records of Rappahannock County, being the same land acquired by Franklin Clyde Baggerly from Charles W. Warden, et al., Trustees, by deed dated February 5, 1939, recorded in Deed Book 44, page 177, Save and Except a portion of said lot containing 296-Vi square feet conveyed by Franklin Clyde Baggerly to Clarence O. Oden and Sarah C. Oden, by deed dated May 15, 1952, and recorded in Deed Book 58, page 299.
2. All that certain tract of land located approximately Vi Mile Northeast of the Town of Washington, fronting on U. S. Route 211, known as the “Old Mill” property or '‘the “Baggerly Mill Property”, containing 7.852 acres as surveyed by S. M. Boyd, Jr., made on May 28, 1959, and filed as Exhibit E. in the aforementioned chancery cause.
3. All that certain tract of land containing 7.196 acres, lying on the South side of said “Old Mill” property hereinbefore described in Paragraph 2, also fronting on said U. S. Route 211, and described by survey of S. M. Boyd, Jr., Surveyor, made on May 28, 1959, and filed in the aforementioned chancery cause of Baggerly v. Baggerly.
The 7.852’Acre tract described hereinabove in Paragraph 2. and the 7.196 Acre £ract described in Paragaph 3., will be sold separately and then the two tracts will be offered as a whole, and the manner in which the two separate tracts bring a greater sum is the method wherein the prop- • erty will be solid.
