Due to the illness of County Agent tieorge Allison, Page County needs a full time assitsant. The joh is to be filled by Walt Saunders who has been Assistant County Agent of Rappahannock for the past two years. Mr. Saunders will assume duties in Page March 16.
Accomplishments of Rappahaiv nock 4-H boys under Walt have been many and outstanding. Probably the most -noteworthy being State Livestock Champions. He also served as coach of the Virginia Team which won first place both at the Atlantic Rural and the Eastern National.
M rs.; Saunders has been, active in 4-H circles, acting as volunteer local leader of one of the Flint Hill groups.
