Two ilots land known as a part of the Nalle and Majors tract and situated about one mile South of Viewtown and bounded as follows: Largest Lot: Beginning at a point 15 ft. from (F), then by the side of Lightfoot Lot N. 73J/2 E 83-6/10 poles to (G) a stone on Majors land thence with the land S. 41 W. 59 poles to the beginning, containing 7 acres and Vs of an acre.

Smaller Lot: Beginning at D on reserved road corner to JohnsonXot, and with Johnson S 56 W. 27 poles to A, a stone cornieh-to^ Johnson, thence with Doyle N. 16 W. 19 poles to F\a ston'p 15 ft. from gum, then with road S 88 E. 24 poles to (E) jtwo rocks in road then S. 41 E. 4 poles to beginning containing 1-90/160 acres.

In the Courlty of Rappahannock was sold in March 1949 for delinquent taxes, levies, interest and cost to Lyman B. Robinson, and application for a tax deed thereof has been filed in this Office, andit appearing from the application filed therein that you are interested in said land, you are further notified to appear in four months from date of * this Notice and do what may be necessary to protect your interest.
