Vesper Service At Luray i

Sunday, July 3, 1960, marks the twentieth year that the Luray Singing Tower ha: been the scene of Sunset Vespers. Vespers is famous because of securing such outstanding speakers. This year Ss no exception. The first preacher for Vespers this season is The Ret. Charles D. Kean. D.D., Rector Of The Church of the ‘"Epiphany, Washington, D. C. Dr. Kean is ja native New Yorker and holds degrees from Brown University, The General Theological Seminary and the Virginia Theological Seminary.

He has held pastorates in New York City, Massachusetts, Missouri and has been Rector of thp Church of the Epiphany since 1954.

He has written many books and is also a Lecturer at George Washington University.

Vespers begin at 6:45 p.m. EST with a Carillion Recital by thp noted Charles T. Chapman, Cariljlionneur.
