Bible School At Bethlehem
Bethlehem and Etlan Methodist Churches held a joint Bible school last week at Bethlehem Church at Nethers Mill. The school was well attended with the average daily enrollment of 58. At the conclusion of the school a picnic lunch was served.
Teachers were Mrs. Lawrence Easton. Mrs. Pilot, Mrs. Roger Jones, Mrs. Thomas Aylor, Mrs. Randolph Jenkins, Mrs. Charles Jenkins. Mrs. John Ed Coates, Mrs. Harry Gallihugh and Mrs. Maury Jenkins. Helping with the music was Mrs. Lucy Howell.

Mr. and Mrs. Bradley H. Patterson recently spent the day in Washington, D. C. where they were guests of their son for luncheon in the White House Staff dining room. After lunch they visited Bradley Jr’s, office at the White House, where for the past several years he has served as Assistant Secretary to the Cabinet.
Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Fortune of Front Royal were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. James Falls.
