Hunter8 Sign Your

Licenses

punters, don’t forget to sign your name on the back of ALL your licenses! The law requires that all licenses—including national forest and duck stamps—must be signed in ink by the owner before they are considered valid. State game law enforcement personnel will be checking for unsigned licenses throughout the season.

Also, if you plan to hunt on private property other than your own you are required to have permission.

According to the law, no person shall hunt, fish or trap on posted property of another without first obtaining written permission therefore. And no person shall hunt, fish or trap on unposted property of another without first obtaining oral permission therefore.
